We have had trouble with a downstairs toilet and were let down by a previous tradesman who could not deal with the problem and left the toilet dismantled. The company sent a different plumber within 24 hours and fixed the problem in quick order

Excellent work on a tricky concealed toilet cistern - they managed to remove the tiles without damaging them which I hugely appreciated. Chris and Graham were extremely polite and good at providing info about the reason for the leak. Good quality workmanship has solved the problem promptly. Highly recommended.
