Ever wondered what goes on within the realms of a ‘Mechanical Division’? Well wonder no more.
This division plays an integral part when it comes to carrying out design, builds, and pricing to adhere to tender specification.
This indispensable team crucially cover all aspects of gas and pipe work installations and any associated equipment. Again, they are trained to the highest level and carry certificates of expertise, in particular being: Gas Safe registered, IPAF members and part of the Safe Contractor Scheme.
They can carry out one off appliance changes or installations to complete boiler room refurbishments and installations. Whether residential or commercial, our steadfast team cover all the following areas of additional services of planned preventative maintenance on all aspects of plant room maintenance with our in-house commercial building services engineers.
The list is not exhaustive and includes pump refurbishment, motor rewinds, air handling unit refurbishment, air handling unit maintenance, standard panel filter replacement, HEPA filter replacement, pressurisation unit servicing including expansion vessel servicing.
Cold water booster pump servicing, chilled cold-water system water treatment and split air-conditioning installation.
